Abstract

ABSTRACT ERNA WIJAYANTI. Relationship among Burnout with Job Involvement of Police Sectorallies Pasar Rebo East Jakarta. Faculty of Economic State University of Jakarta. 2008. This research intent to describe burnout police, job involvement police and tests burnout relationship with job involvement Police sectorallies Pasar Rebo East Jakarta. This research utilize survey's method with korelasional's approaching. Data collecting utilizes interview and questionnaire. Subject is research is Police sectorally Pasar Rebo Reskrim's Unit and Intelkam. As much 36 person by use of random sampling proportional. Observational result by tests t and correlation coefficient point out that exists negative correlation that significance among burnout with job involvement (r= - 0. 5, r<0). It means that burnout one that tall will beget job involvement becomes to contemn on Police sectorallies Pasar Rebo East Jakarta. Analysis is simple linear regression to observational data couple among burnout with job involvement result regression aim coefficient as big as 0,70 and constanta as big as 112,35. Subjective shaped thus among burnout with job involvement have regression equation y. = 112,35 – 0,70X. This regression equation points out that each step-up one score burnout can cause job involvement decrease as big as 0,70 on constanta 112,35. Of linieritas count result regression, gotten f computing as big as 2,24 and f table 2,33. Point f < F so gets to be concluded that Y='S regression model constitute linear regression model. Of significance count result regression was gotten to assess f table, computing as big as 11,73 and f table as big as 4,13. So is known f, which is 11,73> 4,13. This matter that h 0 computing refused, therefore gets to be concluded by regression model that is utilized is meaning. Observational result that exists negative relationship among burnout with Police job involvement sectorallies Pasar Rebo East Jakarta. It bases to usufruct correlation coefficient count as big as 0,5. Therefore gets to be concluded that excelsior burnout therefore getting job involvement low polices. Police job involvement sectorallies Pasar Rebo East Jakarta determined by burnout as big as 25,65% and its rest as big as 74,35% regarded by another factors.
