Abstract

ARDINDA SATRIA DANISWARA, Motivation, Subjective Norms and Attitudes in Affecting Intention to Visit Belitung Island. Thesis, Jakarta, Study Program of Commerce Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research is conducted on employees who work in the region Jend. Sudirman, Gatot Subroto, MH. Thamrin, for eight months from November 2016 to June 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence on the motivation of Belitung Island preference, positive influence and significant subjective norms towards Belitung Island noble intentions and positive and significant influence About Belitung Island intentions on employees who work in the region Jend. Sudirman, Gatot Subroto, MH. Thamrin. The research method used is survey method with quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive technique as many as 240 employees. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 35,809 + 0,722X1 for the motivation variable, Ŷ = 38,413 + 0,755X2 for subjective norm variable, Ŷ = 37,320 + 0,737X3 for attitude variable. Testing analysis by Kolmogorov Smirnov test with the test results can be known Asymp value. Sig intention on Belitung Island (Y) is 0.362, Asymp value. Sig motivation (X1) of 0.176, Asymp value. Sig subjective norm (X2) of 0.332 and Asymp value. Sig. attitude (X3) of 0.62. Because the data has a significance greater than 0.05 then the data is inferred normal distribution. Classic cropping test using multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test showed no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity problem, so it can be said that good and ideal regression equation can be fulfilled. Then t test and tcount 12,909> ttable 1,96 for motivation (X1), 11,118> ttable 1,96 for subjective norm (X2), and 11,374> ttable 1,96 for attitude (X3). Thus, it can be concluded the result of t test calculation is positive and significant. The coefficient of determination increased by 41,2% for motivation, 34,2% for subjective norm and 35,2% for attitude, it shows that Belitung Island affection variable is determined by motivation, subjective norm and attitude on things that have been determined.
