Abstract

DANNI SEPTIANIE P. The Relations of Industrial Practices To Student Work Readiness of 11 th Grade Accounting Program in SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. 2016. This research purpose is to obtain valid data and facts about the relationship of the industrial practices to student work readiness of 11 iv th Grade Accounting Program in SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. This research was conducted by survey method with correlation approach. Collecting data using questionnaires. Affordable population in this study were students of class XI Accounting at SMK 48 Jakarta totaling 70 students with a sample of 58 students. From the test requirements analysis, data were expressed in normal distribution and linear regression equation Y = 71.16 + 0,44X. Data were expressed normally with the number of L count of 0.10085 smaller than L table is 0.1163375. Based on regression linearity test, linear-shaped data showed the results of F count 0.374 is smaller than F table 1.87. Based on the hypothesis test, to test the significance of regression showed that the regression of the data obtained has significant the results amounted to 18.27 F count larger than F table 4.01. There is a positive and significant relationship between the industrial practices to student work readiness with a correlation coefficient of 0.496 and t test results obtained t count is 4,275 bigger than t table of 2.003. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination for both variables produce 0.246 which means that the student work readiness is determined by the variable industrial practices in the amount of 24.60%. To increase student work readiness is program industrial practices should be improved and will be better especially by the schools and teachers who also was instrumental in the passage of the industrial practices. Also expected the government can make policies related to industrial practices for the industry or the company .
