Abstract

DESI ARISTA ANGGREYANI. The Influence of Payroll Accounting Information System and Task Technology Fit on Employee Perfomance of Biro Umum in Indonesian Institute of Sciences. Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2016. This research purpose is to find out the influence of payroll accounting information system implementation and task technology fit on employee performance, This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Total population in this study were 35employees with a sample of 32 employee of biro umum in LIPI. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between payroll accounting information system toward employee performance. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 2,702 greater than t 2,405. Meanwhile, the partial use of education facilities are affected by employee performance, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t iv count table 2,198 greater than t 2,405. Simultaneously there is effect influence of payroll accounting information system and task technology fit ofemployee performance. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed F count value of 7,406 is greater than the value of F 3.33. There was a significant positive the effect influence of payroll accounting information system and task technology fit on employee performance biro umu in LIPI for multiple correlation coefficient 0,581 thus, the research hypothesis is accepted and determination coefisien for (R) 2 was 33,8%. From the above results, we can conclude this research there is the effect influence payroll accounting information system and task technology fit of employee performance biro umum on LIPI.
