Abstract
MULYANTI ANDHANI. The Influence of Intellectual Capital and Good corporate Governance to Financial Performance in Banking Companies on 2015. Script, Study Program of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. The purpose of this research was to obtain information and knowledge that is true, valid, reliable and can be justified on the influence of Intellectual Capital and Good Corporate Governance to Financial Performance in Banking Companies on 2015, either simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique in this research is a random sampling as many as 36 banks. This research uses a Pulic model to measure of Intellectual Capital components. Good Corporate Governance is measured from the self-assessment has been established by Bank of Indonesia as well as Financial Performance using BOPO. Based on the result this research show that variable Intellectual Capital and Good corporate Governance are simultaneously effect to Financial Performance. The result for partially test, Intellectual Capital is negatively effect and significant on the Financial Performance. While Good Corporate Governance is positively effect and significant on the Financial Performance. The ability of Intellectual Capital and Good Corporate Governance explain Financial Performance of 49,9%.
