Abstract

SAPUTRA, SEPTIAN TJIK SANTO, The Influence Tax Penalty on Tax Compliance in KPP Pratama Pulogadung Jakarta Timur. Skripsi, Jakarta: Accounting Education Concentration, Economic Education Study Program, Economic and Administration Departement, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2016. This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data influence tax penalty on tax compliance in KPP Pratama Pulogadung Jakarta Timur. This research was conducted by survey method with the correlational approach. This research was conducted on Juni 2016. The population in this research were all taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Pulogadung Jakarta Timur. Affordable population in this research were effective taxpayer with totaling 98.993 taxpayers. Total of samples used were 100 taxpayers. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The Instruments used in this research is a form of questionnaire with 24 statement for tax penalty variable and 20 statement for tax compliance variables. Besed on analysis requirements test, data is normally distributed and linear withregression equation Ý = 26.02 + 0.55X. Data was declared normal because result of
