Abstract
YUDIT CINTIA N. The Influence of Work Motivation To Teacher Job Satisfaction At SMK Global Asia Jakarta Timur.SKRIPSI, Jakarta: Economic Education Studies Program, Concentration in Accounting Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in 2016. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation to teacher job satisfaction at SMK Global Asia Jakarta Timur based on data and facts are valid and reliable. This research during 3 months counted from June to July 2016 Using survey method with method survey. The population were all teacher of SMK GLOBAL ASIA as many as 37 people. Then Sample were taken as many as 34 people using simple random sample. The variable data X (Work Motivation) and variable data Y (Job Satisfaction) instrument used was s questionnaire using Likert scale models The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 40,59 + 0,45X. test requirements analysis o the normality test error of estimates regression of Y on X to produce Lilifors test 0,0870, while the L table = 0,0889. Because the Lc ount < L then an error estimate is normally distributed. Testing Linierity of regression produces (Fh) 1,86 < (Ft) 2,33 it means that Ho was accepted and liniearity. Regression equation Fh 7,84 > Ft 4,15 it means significant. Correlation coefficient of Product Moment generating r = 0,4822, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and resulting, t xy count 7,114 > t 2,037. The coeficient of determination is 23,25% and it means that 23,25% the variation of job satisfaction is determined by work motivation.
