Abstract
PRODUCT QUALITYE FFECTS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LENOVO SMARTPHONE (STUDYON THE STUDENTS BACHELOR’S DEGREE AND DIPLOMA 3 AT FACULTY OF ECONOMICS STATE UNIVERSITY OF JAKARTA). Diploma 3 of Marketing Study Program. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. Scientific Paper aims to determine the relationship between the variable product quality to variable customer satisfaction Lenovo smartphone. The method used in this scientific work is a descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis with the method of data collection through literature and questionnaires. The result of the analysis of this paper is the conclusion that the correlation between variables:product quality and customer satisfaction is strong and direction.
