Abstract
ABSTRACT LATHIFA FITRIYANI. “Effect of Special Allocation Fund for Education, concentration Fund for Education and Income Per Capita Against Development of Education in Indonesia Year 2009 to 2013”. Cooperative Economics Education, Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2015. Lecturer Advisor: Dr.Siti Nurjanah SE, M.Si and Ari Saptono, SE, M.Pd. This study aims to determine how much influence the Special Allocation Fund for Education, concentration Fund for Education and income per capita to the Development of Education in Indonesia either simultaneously or partially. The data used in this research is secondary data, the type of time series data 20092013 period and cross-section as many as 33 provinces in Indonesia. This research resulted in 165 observations, obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Ministry of Finance, and of Ministry of Education and Culture. The research method using the exposure method facto. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis using software Eviews 7.0, the output indicates that the special allocation of funds for education (X1) positive and significant impact on enrollment at Primary Education (Y) in Indonesia, concentration Fund for education (X2) positive and significant impact on enrollment at Primary Education (Y) in Indonesia and per capita income and a significant positive effect on net enrollment Basic Education (Y) in Indonesisa. From the test results with regard to the value F significance = 0.000000 <0.05, it can be said simultaneously the Special Allocation Fund for Education, concentration Fund for Education and Income Per Capita significant effect on the a = 5% of enrollment at Primary Education. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by 0.876245 had the sense that the net enrollment Basic Education in Indonesia can be explained by changes in the Special Allocation Fund for Education, concentration Fund for Education and income per capita amounted to 87.62% while the rest is explained by factors Another does not exist in this research model.
