Abstract

Desti Dianwardani, 2016: The Effect of Leverage and Profitability to Dividend Policy on Manufaturing Corporations in Indonesia for 2011-2015 Period. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration of Financial Management, Study Program of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of Leverage and Profitability to dividend policy of financial companies on Manufaturing Corporations in Indonesia for 2011 from 2015 Period. This study uses 29 IDX companies Bursa Indonesia companies’ manufacturing report. The method used to analyze the data is panel data regression analysis with Fixed Effect Model. This study uses liquidity and size as control variable. The findings of this research shows that leverage variables have a positive and significant effect toward dividend policy, whereas profitability variable have negative and significant effect toward dividend policy.
