Abstract
PUTRI WULAN SARI. The Influence of Company Size and Informational Asymmetry to Profit Management in Manufacture Companies Listed on IDX in 2013. Script, Department Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2015. This study aims to examine the influence of Company Size and Informational Asymmetry to Profit Management in Manufacture Companies Listed on IDX in 2013. The hypothesis of this study is: "There is Influence of Company Size and Informational Asymmetry to Profit Management in Manufacture Companies Listed on IDX in 2013. The method used is the author of the survey method with a quantitative approach. This study population is Manufacture Companies Listed on IDX in 2013 his sampling technique is random sampling as many as 38 samples. Hypothesis states that either simultaneous or partially independent variables affect the dependent variable of the study. Based on the findings of the regression coefficient test simultaneous, the value of (3.365 > 3.267) with a sig. of 0.046, it can be conclude that simultaneous company size and informational asymmetry to profit management. While the findings of the partial regression coeffiecient test, company size (2.257) > ttabel (2.030) and Sig. 0.030 < 5% can be conclude that the company size significance effect on profit management , for informational asymmetry (1.902) < t tabel (2.030) and Sig. 0.065 > 5% it can be concluded that the informational asymmetry not significant effect on profit management
