Abstract

NASTITI MUSTIKA. 2012. 8143128179. Analisis Sistem Kearsipan pada Divisi Biro Keuangan Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia. Program Studi D3 Sekretari. Jurusan Ekonomi dan Administrasi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper aims to find out about the arrangement of the Filling System at the Biro Keuangan Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, the data of collection method through the literature study and observation. From the results of this paper can be seen that the filling system at the Division of Financial Bureau in the Ministry of the Secretariat of State of the Republic of Indonesia has not been able work optimally .This is evidenced by the system management has not yet implemented the guidelines in archives for borrowers archives, as well as the destruction of records has not yet implemented on a regular and routine time. Suggestions from author are give done routinely shrinkage and destruction of the archives that are not used so that the archive does not accumulate, as well as the need enactment of lending guidelines in the management of the archives on a regular basis so that the archive can be run and work better.
