Abstract
Analysis The Influence of Service Quality On Consumer Satisfaction At Rudy Hadisuwarno’s Salon Jakarta. Marketing Study Program DIII. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper aims to find out how much is the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction at Rudy Hadisuwarno’s Salon Jakarta. The methods which were used within the data collection are literature review, observation, and questionnaire. The technique of data analysis is descriptive analysis, the data that has been collected be processed and then processed tabulation presented. From the research, get 0,79. It means the relationship or correlation between service quality and consumer satisfaction are very strong, significant, and same direction. Keywords: Quality, Service, Consumer Satisfaction
