Abstract

PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PRODUK PURBASARI MATTE LIPSTIK (SURVEI PADA MAHASISWI FAKULTAS EKONOMI UNIVERSITS NEGERI JAKARTA. Program Studi DIII Manajemen Pemasaran, Jurusan Manajemen. Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study is about the effect of product quality to customes satisfaction on product purbasari matte lisptick. The analysis method is use is analysis correlation coefficient. Research result reveald the fact that product quality affect customer satisfaction, it can be seen the table correlation obtained for r = 0,81 it means there is a positive relationship between product quality effects customer satisfaction of produk purbasari matte lipstick. Xy ased on the determination keofisien product quality to customer satisfaction are positive or significant influence with a yield of 65.6% in this case means that if the quality of the product increases, the satisfaction will increase.
