Abstract
SALSABILA. The Influence of Leadership Style, Task Complexity, and Time Budget Pressure on Dysfunctional Audit Behavior. Faculty Of Economic, Jakarta State Of University, 2017. This research aimed to get empirical evidence about the influence of leadership style, task complexity, and time budget pressure on dysfunctional audit behavior. This research used primary data and the amount of sample is 81 respondents. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis, analysis of classic assumption and multiple linear regression analysis with level of significance is 5%. Hypothesis testing is using regression partial test (t-Test) and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The result is leadership style and task complexity had a significant affect to dysfunctional audit behavior, while time budget pressure had no significant affect to dysfunctional audit behavior. This research is conducted only on PIP Perekonomian BPKP DKI Jakarta. And this research only explains 13.6% of factors influencing dysfunctional audit behavior. Future research may add more samples or use other variables such as locus of control, turnover intention, performance, religiosity, or supervision aspects.
