Abstract
Oktarika Hutami, 2017: Qualitative Characteristic, Accessibility, Internal Control over Financial Reporting Transparency of The Local Government of Bekasi City. Supervisor: (1) Tresno Eka Jaya, SE., M.Ak, (2) Indra Pahala, SE., M.Si This study aimed to determine the effect of qualitative characteristic, Accessibility, internal control over financial reporting transparency of the local government of Bekasi City. This study used 45 Members of legislative assembly (DPRD) of Bekasi City, The data used in this study are primary data and sample selection using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The first phase tested the validity and reliability of the statement of each variable. The second stage, performing regression qualitative characteristics, accessibility, internal control over financial reporting transparency of the local government of Bekasi City. Results of testing the feasibility of the model showed that both independent variables are qualitative characteristics, accessibility and internal controls affect the dependent variable is transparency of local government financial statements Bekasi City. Keywords: qualitative characteristic, Accessibility, internal control over financial reporting transparency of the local government of Bekasi City.
