Abstract

RETNO WIDYASTUTI. Relationship Leadership Style Motivation terhadapa Principal Teacher Working at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Accounting Education, Economics Education Program and Administrative Studies, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in 2015.This study aimed to obtain valid data and facts about. principal leadership style relationship terhadapa motivation of teachers working in the country smk 26 jakarta.Penelitian was conducted by survey method with the correlational approach. This research was conducted in April to June 2015. The study population was all teachers SMK 26 Jakarta. Affordable population in this study is a teacher who has become a civil servant. The number of samples used as research is 68 students. The sampling technique used is proportional random technique. Instruments used in the form of a questionnaire study amounted to 28 grains to the principal's leadership style and 25 points for work motivation of teachers. From the test requirements of the analysis, the data revealed normal distribution and linear regression equation y = 34.73 + 0,64X. Data otherwise normal as a result of Lhitung <Ltabel with Lhitung amount of 0.041 and Ltabel with significance level of 5% and n = 68 then 0.1074. Based on regression linearity test, the data showed a linear shape that is the result Fhitung <F table with the calculated Fhitung number Ftabel 1.18 and 1.78. Based on the hypothesis test, to test the significance of regression showed regression of data that has significance or significant that the calculation results showed that Fhitung> Ftabel with Fhitung by 32.7 and Ftabel of 3.99. Test correlation coefficient obtained from the calculation that rxy of 0.57, which means that there is a fairly strong principal leadership style to the work motivation of teachers. Based on the correlation coefficient significance test (t-test) showed that tcount of 6.85 with ttable on n-2 (682) = 1.68. This means there is a significant correlation between the two variables because the result tcount> ttabel. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination for both variables yield 0.3249 which means that 32.49% of the principal's leadership style to the work motivation of teachers
