Abstract

ABSTRACT DWI KAMTO FAUZI RAKHMAN. Influenced of Membered Participation to the rest of the result of cooperative efforts at Credit Union Sehati. Script, Jakarta : Economics Education Program, Economics and Cooperative Education Concentration, Economics Majors and the Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2015. The purpose of this research is to know the influenced of membered participation to the rest of the result of cooperative efforts at Credit Union Sehati. This research has done from during five month since May 2014 until June 2014 and continued on October 2014 until December 2014. Research method using method with correlation approach, while the data form primary and secondary data. The population research was all of membered on Credit Union Sehati is 5.731 members and 98 members for sample with used Insidental Sampling. Collecting X variable data (membered Participation) using instrument of questionnaire with likert scale and Y variable using accountability reports cooperative. Before that for X variable and Y variable it has construct validity test by validation process, that is correlation coefficient valuing score with total score and reliability test using alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X Variable (membered Participation) is 0,916. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is ^ After that, data normality test by using lilifors formula and the result is Lcount (L o) = 0,063 and L table (Lt ) = 0,095 in significant level 0,05 so L count < Ltable mean that be mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and result, Fcount (105,90) > Ftable (3,96), showing that, it has regression while regression linearity test, Fcount (0,98) < F table (1,67), showing that regresion is linier. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 0,5245 that means is variation membered dividend of cooperation variable determinate by 52,45% variation of membered participation. The conclusion shown that research have positive influenced between membered participation to rest of the result of cooperative efforts at Credit Union Sehati.
