Abstract
ABSTRACT LINDA PERMATA SARI. “The Influences Of External And Internal Toward Cyclicality Fiscal Policy Period 1999-2013” Thesis. The Education of Cooperation Economic. Economic an Administration Major. Faculty of Economic. State University of Jakarta. 2014. Lecturer Advisor : Dr. Haryo Kuncoro,SE, M.Si. and Karuniana Dianta A.S, S.IP, ME. This research is purposed to analyze The Influences Of External And Internal Toward Cyclicality Fiscal Policy in Indonesia. The data used in this research are the secondary data, that type of time series data for 1999-2013 periods, presented in quarterly data, source from Bank Indonesia. The methods of this research are expose facto. The technique of data analysis in this research is the multiple regression analysis. Based on multiple regressions by using Eviews 7.0 software, the output has indicated gross domestic bruto(X1) is negatively and not significantly affected to cyclicality fiscal policy (Y) in Indonesia. While, economics opennes (X2) is positively and significantly affected to cyclicality fiscal policy (Y) in Indonesia. Determination coefficient value that obtained is 0,395, was obtained having the notion that the contribution of the effect of variable rate and variable inflation of 39,5 % while the rest is explained by other factors that do not exist in this research model. Then the government should use the automatic stabilizers as automatic stabilizers are an important component of the attitude of counter-cyclical fiscal policy because they increase spending in a recession. Strengthening of automatic stabilizers as it will contribute to reduce the level of procyclicality or a-cyclicality of fiscal goverment expenditure.
