Abstract
ABSTRACT FAJAR FAISAL ISKANDAR “The Influence of Characteristics and Creativity Entrepreneurship of Business Success Entrepreneurial Students at State University Jakarta”. Thesis. Concentration of Economic Education Cooperative. Economics Education Program. Department of Economics and Administration. Faculty Of Economics. State University Of Jakarta. 2015. Supervisor: Dr. Siti Nurjanah, SE, M.Si and Dicky Iranto, SE, M.SE This study aimed to analyze the influence of the characteristics and entrepreneurial creativity to business success in the entrepreneurial student at the State University of Jakarta. This research method used survey method. This study was conducted in March-June 2015 in the State University of Jakarta. The method used in this research is the method of ex post facto causal approach. Data were obtained from a questionnaire study. Test the validity of using the formula Product Moment and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha with the results for the instrument 0.954 and 0.952 entrepreneurial characteristics for entrepreneurial creativity instrument, which means the instrument has a very high reliability. The study population is the whole student entrepreneurs at the State University of Jakarta, amounting to 65 people. Sampling using total sampling method (census). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16.0 software. SPSS output results obtained from the regression equation :. Y = 49.944 + 0,265X 1 + 0,301X2 and it is known that the characteristics of entrepreneurship (X1) positive and significant impact on the success of the business (Y) with t hit (4.598)> ttab (1,999). Entrepreneurial creativity (X2) positive and significant impact on the success of the business (Y) with t count (4.039)> t table (1,999). From the results of F test at a = 5% ,, known Fhit (24.818)> Ftab (3.15), it can be said characteristics and entrepreneurial creativity to business success simultaneously (simultaneous) effect on business success. The coefficient of determination (R2) was obtained 0,445 have the understanding that donations influence the characteristics and entrepreneurial creativity to business success by 44.5% while the rest is explained by other factors that do not exist in this research model.
