Abstract

ABSTRACT Aditia Kusumo. Influence Effectiveness of Members Cooperative Education Training With Employees Cooperative Member Participation KOPINDAM PT.Intercallin ABC Cengkareng, West Jakarta: Economic Education Program. Concentration of Economic and Cooperative Education. Department of Economics and Administration. Faculty of Economics. State University Jakarta. , 2013. This research aims to gain knowledge based on data and facts are eloquent, true and trustworthy. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from April 2013 to June 2013. The method used was a survey method with a simple regression approach. The sample in this study is the Primary data members. Data variable Y is Cooperative Member Participation, and X Effectiveness Training Education Cooperative Members, each of which is obtained from the Cooperative Employees KOPINDAM PT.Intercallin ABC Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Test conditions used are seeking to obtain the equation of the regression equation Y = 30.03 + 0.340 X. Requirements Analysis Test Results for 0.063 L o, L t = 0.109, while it is known that the estimated regression error Y over X is normally distributed, the calculation of product moment correlation coefficient of 0.515 Thus we can conclude that there is a positive relationship between the variables X and Y. The results of this research concluded that there are significant between Member Effectiveness Training Education Cooperative with Cooperative Member Participation, by calculating the coefficient of determination obtained results 0.2653. This means that 26.53% Participation Cooperative Members can be explained by the effectiveness of Cooperative Education Member training.
