Abstract
ANISA RIZKI. Relationship Between Solvency and Investment Opportunity Set With Dividend Policy of Non Financial Sector Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta, 2014. This study aims to examine the relationship caused by solvency and investment opportunity set with the dividend policy of the companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012. Relationship between the solvency of the dividend policy is significantly negative. The relationship between the investment opportunity set with the dividend policy is significantly negative. In silmutan, the relationship between solvency and investment opportunity set with the dividend policy is significantly positively correlated. Data were obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) in 2013. Study using random sampling method (random sample), the sample used is 48 non-financial corporate sector in IDX. Normality test results were calculated with SPSS shows that all the variables above 0.05, it can be said to be normally distributed. In partial test, significance t_hitung DER of -2.675 and 2.645 for t_hitung MBVA with T_tabel of 2.014 so expressed significantly related.
