Abstract
FIRDA PERMATA SAPUTRA, The Influence of Liquidity and Profitability of the Dividend Policy in Manufacturing Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Faculty of Economic Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2014. This study aimed to examine the effect of liquidity and profitability of the dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, liquidity is measured using current ratio (CR), the profitability is measured using return on investment (ROI) and the dividend policy is measured using dividend payout ratio (DPR). The research data obtained from the annual financial report (audited) manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012. The analysis used to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability of the dividend policy is to use a multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the F test is known that simultaneous liquidity and profitability significantly influence the dividend policy. Based on the result of t test is known that partial liquidity has no significant negative effect on dividend policy and profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy
