Abstract

ABSTRACT DELLA NOVITA, The Influence members Knowledge about cooperatives and cooperative motivation toward member participation In Primary Cooperative Prajamukti I Kementrian Dalam Negeri in Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Program, Cooperative Economics Education Concentration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta,January 2014 . This study aims to determine whether there is influence between knowledge and motivation of members of the cooperative participation of members of the cooperative to cooperative primary prajamukti I Kementrian Dalam Negeri. This research was carried out for 5 months from March to August 2013. The method used was a survey method with the approach of causality. The population of this study are all members of primary cooperatives prajamukti Kementrian Dalam Negeri numbering 2111 members,and the population of this study is the affordable component and Development Agency totaling 159 members. The samples are a total of 109 respondents using a random technique proportions. Knowledge variable data member of the cooperative is primary data using test trials. While the motivation variable data cooperatives shaped instrument used questionnaire. For variable data member participation kuesioner.Teknik shaped instrument used data analysis using SPSS 17.0 linearity test can be seen from the output results of the linearity test at significance level of 0.05. The results of the linearity test of knowledge about the members of the cooperative and the participation of members of 0.000 which is less than 0.05, it can be concluded knowledge with the participation of members of the cooperative members have a linear relationship. Then the linearity test results motivated the participation of cooperatives with 0,000 members which is less than 0.05, then the data can be summed up with the participation of members of cooperatives motivation also has a linear relationship. Structural equation is obtained X3 = 0.387 X1 + 0.367 X2 + 0.597 and R2 x3 x 2 x 1 e2 = 0.403. Test the hypothesis that the F test in the ANOVA table of F yield ( 35.758 ) > F ( 3.09 ) , this means that the knowledge of members of cooperatives and cooperative motivation to contribute jointly to the participation of members. T test resulted in tcount knowledge about the members of the cooperative that ( 4.699 ) > t table ( 1.671 ) and cooperative motivation of t ( 4.454 ) > t table ( 1.671 ), it can be concluded that there is positive between the knowledge of members of the cooperative with the participation of members of the cooperative participation and motivation members. The results of these studies concluded that there is a significant contribution of knowledge about the members of the cooperative and cooperative motivation toward participation in primary cooperative members prajamukti I of 40.3 %, a variable determined by the participation of members of the cooperative members' knowledge and motivation cooperatives.
