Major of Economics and Administration. State University of Jakarta. This scientific paper has a purpose to find out how the arrangement of archives at Direktorat Perencanaan Kepegawaian dan Formasi Badan Kepegawaian Negara. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a method of data collection through literature study and observation. From the result of the writing can be known that in the arrangement of archives necessary implementation of the archives arrangement system appropriate to the needs of archives, and facilities that support the arrangement of archives correctly, as a room that is adequate for storing archives and equipment that helps in storing and rediscover archives, also the employees who have knowledge of archival, so that the arrangement of archives can be handled properly.
