Abstract
ABSTRACT Roy Andrew, 2013; Effect of Net Export and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) towards Foreign Exchange Reserve’s Indonesia during 2004-2012 period. Adviser; Dr. Siti Nurjanah, SE, M.Si and Sri.Indah Nikensari, SE, M.Si Foreign Exchange Reserves is the most fundamental indicator for indicating national economic existence and monitoring how long the nation ability to held international trade. Foreign Exchange Reserve’s amount is depend on composition in Balance of Payments (BOP), or total of Current Account and Capital Account. Decrease of Foreign Exchange Reserves need to be noticed for preventing domino effect in national economics. The government and stake holder need to developing of factor that can be maintain Foreign Exchange Reserves. This research aims to knowing effect of Net Export dan Foreign Direct Investment against Foreign Exchange Reserves in 2004-2012 period . This Research using Ordinary Least Square method. Regression output estimate that Net Export and Foreign Direct Investment positive signifificantly take effect of Foreign Exchange Reserves in Indonesia.
