Abstract
ANDRIAN. Correlation Between Teacher’s Perceptions Of Pricipal Transformastional Leadership With Teacher Performance Vocational High School In West Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Economic and Administration Major, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2013. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is a Correlation Between Teacher’s Perceptions Of Pricipal Transformastional Leadership With Teacher Performance Vocational High School In West Jakarta. This research was carried out for two months, started from April until Mei 2013. Hypotesis of this research is: “There Is a Correlation Between Teacher’s Perceptions Of Pricipal Transformastional Leadership With Teacher Performance”. The research method that be used is survey methode The research population are teacher who taught in the department of accounting at Voccational High School West Jakarta. The sampling technique is random sampling with sample by the number of 95 teachers. Prerequirement Analisys test had been done before Hypotesis test, those are normallity test, linierity test and significance test. Normallity test is counted by using Liliefors test the significant (α = 0.05) . For sample is obtained L (0.0642) < L (0.0909).. It means both samples come from normally distributed population. Linierity test is done with using F-Test with comparing F table and F table then it is obtained that the variance of data are linier. Because F (1.40) < F (1.59) therefore Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. It shows that the variance of both samples are linier. Significance test is done with using F-Test with comparing F table count and F then it is obtained that the variance of data are significant. Because F count table (57.49) < F (3.91) therefore Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It shows that the variance of both samples are significant. Significance of the correlation coefisient test is done with using T-Test where the result is t count (7.641) > t table table (1.665) therefore zero hypotesis (Ho) is rejected. It means There Is a correlation between teacher’s perceptions of pricipal transformastional leadership with teacher performance. From those research above, researcher make a conclusion that : “There Is a Correlation Between Teacher’s Perceptions Of Pricipal Transformastional Leadership With Teacher Performance Vocational High School In West Jakarta.”
