Abstract
ABSTRACT MURNIATI DWI MASTUTI. The effect of pure regional revenue and general allocational fund to the regional expenditure in the province of central java. Sciption. Jakarta : concentration of cooperative Economic, Study Program of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2013. This study aims to determine how much influence the revenue and general allocational fund to the regional budget in Central Java Province. This research uses a exposure facto method with correlational approach. The type of data used is panel data that combines cross section of 35 districts / municipalities in Central Java and the time series for 5 years, beginning in 2007 to 2011 year, with the secondary data published by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Directorate website Regional Finance General (http://djkd.depdagri.go.id). Processing data using Eviews 6.0 program. The results of data analysis techniques as follows: all of the variables in this study have assumptions of normal distribution and linearity. Obtained multiple regression equation Y = 71874,79 + 3,511061 X1 + 1,131993 X2. Test regression coefficients obtained simultaneously F count = 85,91891 and F table = 1.49. This shows a significant regression and effect simultaneously. Partial regression coefficient test using Coefficients table. Testing variable X1 (Revenue) obtained tcount = 4,592001 and tcritical = 2.266304. This shows the variables X1 significantly affect Y. Testing variable X2 (general allocation fund) acquired tcount = 7.748791and tcritical = 2.266304. This shows the variable X2 significantly affect Y. Rated R Square is equal to 0.846148, meaning that all the independent variables (revenue, and general allocation fund) can explain the dependent variable (shopping area) of 84,61%. While the remaining 15,39% is explained by other variables. Regression model in this study free of irregularities classical assumptions, assumptions autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity has also been solved by using cross-section SUR. The assumption of normality was met by the Jarque-Bera test. Multicollinearity assumption has also been met by looking at the value of the correlation coefficient between the independent variables <0.85. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is influence revenue general allocation fund to the regional expenditure. Keywords: pure regional revenue, general allocation fund, and regional expenditure.
