Abstract
MUHAMMAD AGHA NUR. Correlation Between Rate of Profit and Loss Sharing with Total Savings iB at BPRS in Indonesia. Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2013. Level for the profit and loss sharing result to be something that is important to the BPRS in Indonesia and it is typical for the Islamic finance industry. One of the factors that make people choose Islamic financial products is a profit-sharing system offered by Islamic finance industry. The method used is quantitative descriptive survey method through correlational approach. The study population is Islamic banking statistics of the Bank Indonesia in 2010-2012 as seen by the data per month for a total of 36 months. Technique is the technique of random sampling proportional (proportional random sampling) of 32 samples. Variable X as the independent variable is the level of profit-sharing and variable Y as the dependent variable is the total amount of savings iB. Hypothesis testing results obtained by the model Ŷ= 638.72 + 19.73 X, while the linearity regression to generate F count (169.831)< F (249.95) which indicates that the regression model is linear. Test the significance of the correlation coefficient was 0.092 and the obtained rxy test. KD determination coefficient test result of 0.0085. This means the variation of the variable Y is affected by the variable X by 0.85%. It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the level but not significant for the results of the total amount of savings iB the BPRS in Indonesia
