Abstract

Nilam Ayu. The Relation between Using Learning Media of Snake and Ladders Game and Learning Motivation on Trade Calculation Subject (Study In State Of Vocational School 14 Jakarta). Skripsi, Jakarta: Economics Education Studies Program, Concentration In Accounting Education, Department Of Economics And Administration, Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta. May 2013. This study aimed to find out whether there is a the relation of learning motivation which used learning media of snake and ladders game and projector lcd on trade calculation subject in state of vocational school (SMK) 14 Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is difference between students' motivation to learn using instructional media through playing snakes and ladders game and LCD projectors in trade calculation subjects in class X Accounting SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. The research method used experimental method using a two-group comparison. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The research samples are 61 students and based on the table determining the number of samples, they are only 51 students. Data obtained using an instrument is a form of questionnaire with likert scale for the variable X (Learning Motivation). Then reliability process using Cronbach alpha formula. The results of the X variable reliability of 0.94. This proves that the instrument is valid and reliable. The data analysis technique used is the test of the difference between two average (t-test). Test data requirements done liliefors normality test data, test data homogeneity of test F. The results of the normality of the data for the variable X , generating Lvalue (Lo) of 0.1441 compared to Ltable (Lt) at the 0.05 significance level by the number of 25 samples is 0.173, then the Lo < Lt. It means that the data were normally distributed variable X 1 iv 1 . While normality test data for variable X , produces Lvalue (Lo) of 0.1476 compared to Ltable (Lt) at the 0.05 level by the number of 26 samples is 0.173, then the Lo < Lt. It means that the data were normally distributed variable X . The results of homogeneity test data is Ftables 1.96 and Fvalue is 1,11. 2 So Fvalue < F table. It means that both the data have a homogeneous variance. Then test the difference between two average count obtained T-value 2.12 and TTable is 1.68 then T-value > T-Table. The results of these calculations can provide the conclusions of this study that there is a difference in learning motivation between students who uses the media of learning through playing snakes and ladders accounting and using media LCD projector.
