Abstract
ABSTRACT ROHANI FINELLA Correlation Between Compensation With Work Performance of Employees Koperasi Wirakarya Jaya (KOWIKA JAYA), Jakarta. Study Program of Economi Education. Concentration of Cooperative Economi Education. Departement of Economi and Administration. Faculty of Economi State University of Jakarta. 2013. The purpose of this research is to find valid and reliability, data and facta about the possibility a positive correlation beetwen Compensation with work performance employees at Koperasi Wirakarya Jaya (KOWIKA JAYA) Jakarta. This research, conducted for 5 months from November 2012 to Januari 2013. The method of research usedis survey method with correlation approach. The population research were all employees of Koperasi Wirakarya Jaya (KOWIKA JAYA). Variable data Y Work performance is primer data from questionnaire and data X compensation. The analiysis test by finding regression aquqtionb, that is Y = 66,50 + 17,113 X. After that, data normality test by using Liliefors and the result is Lcount = 0,059 while Ltabel for 50 in significant level 0,05 is. 0,125 So Lcount < Ltabel mean that mistake of predicition regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and result is F count (24,33) > Ftabel (4,04) showing that, is has significance regression. While regression linierity test, F count (1,89) < Ftabel (2,05) showing that regression is linier. The result of product moment of corelations coefficient test, is rxy =0,580. Continued by using correlationcoefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is t count (4,93) > t tabel (1,68). The result of this research is that there is positive influence between Compensation with Work Performance of employees. Beside that the result of determination coefficient test is 0,3363. This mean that the Compensation (X) can give 33,63% contribution to Work Performance of employees.
