Abstract
ABSTRACT TIYANAH ROSA LESTARI Correlation Between Committee Work With Loyalty Members Koperasi Guru Sejahtera Tambun Bekasi. Study Program of Economi Education. Concentration of Cooperative Economi Education. Departement of Economi and Administration. Faculty of Economi State University of Jakarta. 2013. The purpose ofthis research is to find valid and reliability, data and facta about the possibility a positive correlation beetwen The influence Transformasional Leadership of Headmaster with Teachers Job Satisfaction Economi at SMA Negeri Center Jakarta. This research, conducted for 3 months from Januari 2013 to Maret 2013. The method of research usedis survey method with correlation approach. The population research were all mamber of Koperasi Guru Sejahtera. Variable data Y loyalty members and data X committee work, is primer data from questionnaire. The analiysis test by finding regression aquqtionb, that is Y = 41,64 + 0,556X. After that, data normality test by using Liliefors and the result isL =0,049 while Ltabel for76in significant level 0,05 is. 0,102So Lcount < L mean that mistakeof predicition regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and result is Fcount (36,91) > F (3,98) showing that, is has significance regression. While regression linierity test, Ftabel count count tabel (0,23)< F (1,74) showingthat regression is linier. The result of product moment of corelations coefficient test, is r =0,577. Continued by using correlationcoefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is tcount (6,07)> txy (1,67). The result of this research is that there is positive influence between Transformasional Leadership with Job Satisfaction. Beside that the result of determination coefficient test is0,3328. This mean that the Committee Work(X) can give 33% contribution to the Loyalty Members Koperasi Guru Sejahtera Tambun Bekasi Keywords :Committee Work, Loyalty Members
