Abstract

ABSTRACT Rini Mustika Ayu. Correlation Between Task Commitment With Learning Achievement of Students in Department of Accounting of State Vocational Secondary School 44 Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta : Concentration in Accounting Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2013. The purpose of this research is to get valid and reliable data about corelation between task commitment with learning achievement. The data was collected from the survey method of 75 student of Department Accounting of State Vocational Secondary School 44 Jakarta consist of 2012/2013 class of Accounting 1 and 2. The a sampling using proportional random sampling technique. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to a sample that has been determined. Score of task commitment was obtained by questionnaires development with Likert scale. Research samples was taken as 62 students. The data of learning achievement derived from the average score on mid semester. Regression equation in this research is Y= 50,34+0,15x. From this equation test requirements analysis conducted by the normality test error estimate the regression of Y on X obtained by Liliefors Lhitung<Ltabel (0,0968<0,1125). It mean the data are normally distributed. On the meaningful of regressions test we got the result Fhitung (8,25) > Ftabel (4,00) which can be conclude that the regression model is means. As for the linierity test obtained Fhitung (1,33) < Ftabel (1,86) indicating that the regression equation is linear. The test results by using a correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment values obtained = 0,342. This means there is a positive relationship between task commitment with learning achievement of students in Department of Accounting of State Vocational Secondary School 44 Jakarta. From the correlation meaningful test calculations thitung (2,82) > ttabel (1,67). Indicating a significant relationship between task commitment with learning achievement. From the calculation results obtained 11,70% coefficient of determination so that it can be said that the task commitment has contribution on learning achievement as 11,70%.
