Abstract

The Correlation of Customer Satisfaction on Purchasing Decision of Mobile Telecommunication Product of PT Telkomsel (Survey: Faculty of Economics Students at State University of Jakarta). Diploma III of Marketing Study Program. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this Scientific Paper is to know the correlation between both variables: purchasing decision and customer satisfaction of the mobile telecommunication product that produced by PT Telkomsel. The analysis methods is used in this paper is the correlational analysis and the collecting data methods is by literature review and questionnaire. The result of the analysis of this paper is the conclusion that the correlation between variables: purchasing decision and customer satisfaction is constant, unidirectional, and unsignificant.
