This paper is intended to know about the implementation ofAnalysis Procedure Mailing Service at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah dan Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Belitung Timur. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by collecting the data through literature review and observation.The result of this paper shows that in the implementation of Ethics of Secretary, it needs a knowledge, an expertise, and competence of both an employee in the execution order mailing service. In order to reach the implementation of good governance and mailing services in accordance with existing guidelines. Key Words: MailingServiceProcedures, Impelementation Mailing Service Procedures
