Jurusan Ekonomi dan Administrasi. Fakultas Ekonomi. universitas Negeri Jakarta. Scientific work aims to find out how the management of archives in the Division of Corporate Secretary PT (Persero)Kawasan Berikat Nusantara. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, method of data collection through literature study, observations and interviews. From the research results can be seen that the management of archives needed a system that can support their employees in work efficiency in both time and place. Keywords: Archives, Efficient
