Abstract

ABSTRACT APRILIYANTI. The differences Entrepreneurial Intention Based on Locus of Control at Faculty of Economic Students College State University of Jakarta., Economics and Administration Departement, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June, 2014. Writing this script has purpose to get valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the different Entrepreneurial Intention based Locus of Control at Faculty of Economic Students College, State University of Jakarta. This research during three months during March until May 2014. This research used survey method with Causal Comparative Approach and using primary data (Locus of Control and Entrepreneurial Intention). The sampling technique in this research using Simple Random Sampling technique with 172 respondents in the sample, 133 students are classified to Internal Locus of Control and 39 students are classfied in the External Locus of Control. The research Method in survey method with causal comparative approach. Used this method because for get reliable data and correct to fact and actual from the resource. Entrepreneurial Intention data using instrument Likert scale. Data processing is done using Microsoft Excel Programe. Before that is has validity test and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Realibity result is 0,8715. Data analysis technique using t-test. Data normality test by using Liliefors formula, and data homogenity test with F-test. Data normality result for X 1 is variable is L count (L o ) = 0,0744, and L ) for n = 133 in significant level 0,05 is 0,0768, so L o (0,0744) < L t table (L t (0,0768). Mean X has normal distribution. Data normality result for X 2 variable is L ) = 0,0924, and L table (L t ) for n = 39 in significant level 0,05 is 0,1419, so L count (0,1419) mean X 2 has normal distribution. Homogenity test result is F (table) = 1,6 and F o (count) = 1,17 so F o (count) < F (table). It mean data have homogeny varians. Next research is doing t-test result, t t count = 2,5, and t table (L o o 1 (0,0924) < Lt = 1,96 so t >t. The conclusion shown that research have the different entrepreneurial intention based on Locus of Control.
