Abstract

ABSTRACT CRI MONA LEONITA: The Influence Knowledge of Islamic Product to Customers Satisfaction of Pegadaian Syariah at Kramat Raya Branch Office in Central Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta: Economy Education Study Program, Concentration to Economy Education Cooperation, Major: Economy and Administration, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. July 2012. The purpose of this research is in order to know the influence Knowledge of Islamic Product to Costumers Satisfaction of Pegadaian Syariah at Kramat Raya Branch Office in Central Jakarta. The research be done during one month calculated from April to May 2012. The research methode that be used is survey method with correlational approach. Population of this research is all of the customers of Pegadaian Syariah at Kramat Raya Branch Office in Central Jakarta. The sample used for this research is 93 respondents who are the customers of Pegadaian Syariah at Kramat Raya Branch Office in Central Jakarta. The instrument that be used in order to get data of variable X (Knowledge of Islamic Product) be measured by using test format and variable Y (customers satisfaction) be measured by using Likert scale. Where variable X there are 20 statement before validated, than the valid items are 18 statement, so there are 2 item are drop using Biserial Point Correlations. Variable Y there are 20 statement before validated, then the valid items are 17 items, the leave of them are 3 items by using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliabilitas result of variable X is 0,870. Reliabilitas result of variable Y is 0,933. Data analysis technic be began by founding simple regression equation and be gotten the equation is Y = 30,28 + 0,482X. Meanwhile analysis qualification test namely normality of estimation error test for regression Y on X by Liliefors test be gotten Lcalculation (0,075) < Ltable (0,092), this matter means estimation galat Y on X has normal distribution. Significant of coefficient and linear regression by using ANAVA table Fcalculation (87,56) > Ftable (3,95) that state regression is significant of coefficient and also regression linear test that produce Fcalculation (-6,10) < Ftable (1,19) that show whereas regression model that be used is linear. Hyphotesis test that be done by correlations coefficient with Product Moment formula produce 0,701. And then significance test t calculation (6,69) > ttable (1,63), so be concluded whereas there is significant influent between knowledge of Islamic Banking product with customers commitment. The result of determination coefficient calculations is 0,4914, its mean customers satisfaction variable be influenced about 49,14% by knowledge of Islamic variable. This research show that whereas there is positive the influence Knowledge of Islamic Product to Costumers Satisfaction of Pegadaian Syariah at Kramat Raya Branch Office in Cental Jakarta.
