Abstract

ABSTRACT IIN ENDARWATI. Relationship between Motivation and Knowledge cooperatives with Members Participation in Koperasi Penghuni Rumah Susun Penjaringan Jakarta Utara . Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2012. This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation and knowledge of cooperatives with the Cooperative Members Participation in Koperasi Penghuni Rumah Susun Penjaringan Jakarta Utara. The study was conducted over three months from April 2012 until July 2012. The method used is a survey method with the correlational approach. The data collection techniques in this study was a questionnaire. The population in this study are all members of the cooperative apartment crawl as 842 people. Affordable population in this study as many as 172 members, and the samples used by 43 members. Sampling technique in this study are engineering samples Random Sampling. Test requirements analysis done is to find the regression equation obtained was Y = 29.562 + 0.271 X1 + 0.712 X2 . Based on the hypothesis testing, the F test and ttest. Motivation tcount cooperatives in the variable (X1) note that thit (3.487)> ttable (2.0167) so H0 is rejected, then it can be concluded that the motivation variable cooperatives have a significant effect on the variable KOPERSUP Member Participation. Then the thit (4.462)> ttable (2.0167) so H0 is rejected, then it can be concluded that the knowledge of the Cooperative has a significant effect on Member Participation KOPERSUP. Fhit value is 23.866 and probability value (sig) of 0.000. It can be seen that Fhit (23 866)> Ftable (3.23), it means that there is influence between variables simultaneously cooperatives Motivation and Knowledge Cooperative with KOPERSUP Member Participation. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive relationship between motivation and knowledge of cooperatives with the Cooperative Members Participation in Koperasi Penghuni Rumah Susun Penjaringan Jakarta Utara.
