Abstract

ABSTRACT ADHITYA AFRIZAL ALIANSYAH, 2016; Influence of Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction Against Repurchase Intention courier users TIKI Sales Counter Pemuda. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration of Marketing Management, S1Regular Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study were: 1) to know a description of the brand image, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention on TIKI Sales Counter Pemuda. 2) To determine the effect of brand image against repurchase intention on TIKI Sales Counter Pemuda. 3) To determine the effect of customer satisfaction against repurchase intention on TIKI Sales Counter Pemuda. 4) To determine empirically the effect of brand image and customer satisfaction against repurchase intention on TIKI Sales Counter Pemuda. The analysis conducted in this study is descriptive and explanatory analysis survey. Research conducted on 336 respondents of Customer TIKI Sales Counter Pemuda. Data collected by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS version 22. The results show that: 1) A need for improvement of the dimensions of brand image, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention that experienced managerial implications. 2) Brand image has a effect positive and significant on the repurchase intention. 3) Customer satisfaction has a effect positive and significant on the repurchase intention. 4) Brand image and customer satisfaction have effect positive and significant on the repurchase intention.
