Abstract

ABSTRACT HENDRA PURNAMA. 8105102929. Correlation Between Achievement Motivation withEntrepreneurian IntentiononStudent Entrepreneurship Program (PMW)ofState University of Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Study Program Of Economic, Economics Department Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2014. The Purpose of this research is to correlation between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial intention onStudent Entrepreneurship Program(PMW) of State University of Jakarta. The research is done during for four monthfrom March until June 2014. The methof of research is a survey method with the correlational approach. The population of this research was all of students who taking the student Entrepreneurship Program at UNJ, affordable population are students that follow the student entrepreneurship program UNJ in 2014 and sample size of 114 student for sampling technique used simple random sampling. Instrument that used to get variable data X (Achievement Motivation) was measured using by questionnaire with Likert scale. For the Y variable (entrepreneurial intention) was also measured using byquestionnaire with Likert scale. Theanalysistest byfinding the regression equation, that isY= 62,27 + 0,52X, while analysis rules test that isnormality test resultswhileanalysis rules test that is normalitas regression test error Y on X with liliefors got l = 0.0687while l 0,083matters this means sample comes from population normal distribution. Hypothesistesting usedbysignificancy test and regression linearity by using analysis tabel varians (anava) got regression Fhitung61,32> Ftabel 3.94 that declare regression very mean regression linearity test that produce Fhitung 1.027 <Ftable 1,65 that’s show the regression model usd linear. Corelation coefficient hypothesis test is done with formula product moment produce rxy as big as0.593. significancy test with thitung as big as 7.79and ttabel1.658.because thitung < ttabel, from watchfulness result so researcher can conclude that found connection significant betweenAchievement Motivation with Entrepreneurial intention student who taking Student Entrepreneurship Program UNJ. Determination coefficient test produces KD as big as35,12%, it can be concluded that there isa positiveconnectionand significant relationship between achievement motivation to entrepreneurial intentions
