Abstract
ABSTRACT Fakhrunnisa. The Influence of Dividend Policy, Profitability, Business Risk, and Leverage on Firm Value in Agricultural Sector Listed on IDX Period 2011-2015. Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2016. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of dividend policy, profitability, business risk, and leverage on firm value proxied by Market to Book Value (MBV). The amount of sample is 13 companies in the agricultural sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015, which were determined using purposive sampling method. Data in this research is panel data, which is analyzed using Eviews 8. The result of this research shows that dividend policy, profitability, and business risk has positive not significant on firm value. While leverage has positive significant on firm value. The result of adjusted R-squared show that 93,38% dependent variable can be explained by independent variable in this research.
