Abstract
ABSTRACT AHMAD HUSEIN NASUTION. Analysis The Effect Of Profitability and Leverage Toward Corporate Value At Manufacturing Sector Various Industries in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2013. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2015. The purpose of this study was to test the effect of profitability and leverage the value of the company in 2010-2013. Profitability measured by ROA and ROE, while leverage is measured by the DAR and DER. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Samples in this study as many as 35 companies are active and listed on the Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques used in this research is panel data. Results of hypothesis testing, were found: 1)ROA significant positive effect on the value firms, 2)ROE no significant negative effect on the value of the company, 3)DAR significant positive effect on the value of the company, 4)DER no significant negative effect on the value company, 5) the effect of simultaneous ROA, ROE, DAR and DER to corporate value. Keywords: Company Value, Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt Equity Ratio (DER).
