Abstract
ABSTRACT Arsy Sukma Dewi, 2015; The Influence of Work Environment and Compensation on HRGA Employees’ Job Satisfaction at PT. The First National Glassware. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are: 1) To know description for the work environment, compensation and HRGA employees’ job satisfaction at PT. The First National Glassware. 2) To determine whether there is an influence of work environment on HRGA employees’ job satisfaction PT FNG. 3) To determine whether there is an influence of compensation on HRGA employees’ job satisfaction at PT. The First National Glassware. 4) To determine whether there is an influence of work environment and compensation simultaneously on HRGA employees’ job satisfaction at PT. The First National Glassware, 5) To know how far the contribution of work environment and compensation on HRGA employees’ job satisfaction at PT. The First National Glassware. This research is taken 84 employees HRGA in PT. The First National Glassware The techniques of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 21.0. The research using descriptive and explanatory analysis.. The results of the regression indicate that there is positive influence and significant between work environment to job satisfaction and there is positive influence and significant between compensation to job satisfaction. Work environment and compensation simultaneously positive influence and significant to job satisfaction through Fcount >F (31.160>3.11) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). This research has figured out the score of work environment and compensation on work satisfaction is 0,435 or 43,5% through the result of Rtable value while the rest is 56,5% is influenced by the other factors.
