Abstract
ABSTRACT Hana Indriyani, 2016; Leverage Influence Analysis of Leverage, Firm Size, Firm Growth and Liquidity toward Financial Performance at Manufacturing Companies in Indonesia and Philippines period 2010-2014. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration of Financial Management, Study Program of Management. Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to know to determine the influence of leverage, size, growth and liquidity toward financial performance at manufacturing companies in Indonesia and Philippines in 2010-2014. This research using data from financial reports from 20 largest Manufacturing Companies in Indonesia and Philippines in 2014. This comparative analysis method using one way anova and kruskall wallis, the results showed that they were significant differences between ROA and size between manufacturing companies in Indonesia and Philippines and there were no differences of DAR, growth and CR between manufacturing companies in Indonesia and Philippines. Regression model using panel data approach with Random Effect Model. The results of this research show that DAR has a positive significant effect to ROA, Size has negative significant effect to ROA, Growth has positive no significant effect to ROA and CR has positive no significant to ROA manufacturing company in Indonesia. For manufacturing company in Philippines DAR has negative significant effect to ROA, Size has positive significant to ROA, Size has positive significant effect to ROA, Growth has positive significant effect to ROA and CR has negative no significant to ROA.
