Abstract

ABSTRACT Homidov Sakhovat, 2015; The Influence Of Service Quality And Price Towards Customer Satisfaction Of Speedy And First Media.Skripsi, Jakarta: Marketing Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Advisory: Dr. Mohamad Rizan, SE, MM & Usep Suhud, Ph.D This study examines the influence and explains the quality of service and price to customer satisfaction of Speedy and First Media and compares the results to conclude that the effect of this study is descriptive. Based on the research results that have been obtained,we can conclude in accordance with the purpose of research is that Service quality variable effect is positive and significant towards customer satisfaction of Speedy and First Media. This is proved by the 0,000 sig value which is less than 0.05. At Speedy impact of service quality towards customer satisfaction is 26.3%, while the impact of service quality towards customer satisfaction at First Media is amounted to 22.5%. Price variable effect is negative and significant towards customer satisfaction of Speedy and First Media. This is proved by the 0,000 sig value which is less than 0.05.At Speedy impact of service quality towards customer satisfaction is 22.5%, while the impact of service quality towards customer satisfaction at First Media is amounted to 25.4%. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Price.
