Abstract
ABSTRACT Yudhatama Perdana Darwan, 2015; The Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Liquidity, Operational Efficiency, Non Performing Loan, and Net Interest Marginon Return On Assetat TheRegional Development Banks in 2009-2013. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration of Financial Management, Study Program of Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Liquidity, Operational Efficiency, Non Performing Loan, and Net Interest Margin on Return on AssetRegional Development Bank in Indonesia period 2009-2013. The sample used in this researchare 16regional development banks. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with random effect model approach. The empirical resultshows that Net Interest Margin (NIM)haspositive and significant effect on Return on Asset (ROA) butCapital Adequacy Ratio (CAR)andLoan to Deposit Ratio (LDR)has positive and not significant effect on Return on Asset (ROA) meanwhile Operational Efficiency (BOPO) and Non Performing Loan (NPL) has negative and significant effect on Return on Asset (ROA). Simultaneous test shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), EfisiensiOperasional (BOPO), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) areaffecting Return on Asset (ROA) simultaneously.
