Abstract

ABSTRACT This research entitled "Influence of Expense Ratio, Turnover Ratio,and Cash flow toward Performance of Share Mutual Fund in Indonesia." The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the influence of Expense Ratio, Turnover Ratio, and Cash Flow to Performance of Share Mutual Fund in Indonesia. The research methodology used is descriptive analysis method and statistical analysis method. This research uses secondary data, there were 24 companies. Hypothesis testing is done by using F test and t test, with significance level (a) 5%. Analysing the data using statistical data processing software Eviews 7. F test results indicate that at Share Mutual Fund variables Expense Ratio, Turnover Ratio, and Cash Flow to estimate the variable Performance of Share Mutual Fund in the model analysis. The result of t test for expense ratio is -1,9750, and the signification is 0.0000. This shows that there is an effect between expense ratio towards Performance of Share Mutual Fund. The result of t test for turnover ratio is 0,0460, and the signification is 0.0000. This shows that there is an effect between turnover ratio towards Performance of Share Mutual Fund. The result of t test for cash flow is 0,0362, and the signification is 0.0416. This shows that there is an effect between cash flow towards Performance of Share Mutual Fund. The result of F test is 1,483, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between expense ratio, turnover ratio, and cash flow towards Performance of Share Mutual Fund. Adjusted R Square value of 0.467 which means 47% achievement of profitability can be explained by the Expense Ratio, Turnover Ratio, and Cash Flow.
