Abstract
ABSTRACT Mirsya Dewi Arimurti, 2012, The Impact of Servicescapes on Emotional Response and Emotional Response on Behavioral Intention—A Study About Customer’s Solaria Atmosphere Restaurant Branch Sky Dining Plaza Semanggi. Advisory Team ; Setyo Ferry Wibowo, SE, M.Si., Dra. Basrah Saidani M.Si. The purpose of this research is; 1) Knowing description of servicescape of Solaria Atmosphere Restaurant Branch Sky Dining Plaza Semanggi, emotional responses and behavioral intention of the customers of Solaria Atmosphere Restaurant Branch Sky Dining Plaza Semanggi. 2) Empirically test the influence of the servicescape of Solaria Atmosphere Restaurant Branch Sky Dining Plaza Semanggi to the emotional responses of it customers. 3) Empirically test the influence of the emotional responses of customers of Solaria Atmosphere Restaurant Branch Sky Dining Plaza Semanggi to behavioral intention of its customers. 4) Empirically test the influence of the servicescape of Solaria Atmosphere Restaurant Branch Sky Dining Plaza Semanggi to behavioral intention of its customers. This research is take place at Solaria Atmosphere Restaurant Branch Sky Dining Plaza Semanggi. The research method is quantitative analysis using a questionnaire to surveyed the respond of the customer. In order to know the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the researcher held a pre-test on 30 respondent. After passed validity and reliability test, questioner has been spread over to the customer of the restaurant who matches some criterion.100 questionnaire on the real test which matches the criterion will going for the final analysis. Data is organized with regression analysis after had been tested by the normality test, test of linearity and test of homogeneity. The researcher using t-test to testing the hypothesis. This research is succeeds to prove the significant impact of servicescape to emotional response and emotional response, it self, to the behavioral intention.
