ABSTRACT Dhea Putri Haditania, 2013; The effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR to Financial Performace Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa (Periode 2009- 2011). Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Financial Management, Study Program of Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The Objective of this study were to examine the effects of CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR on financial performances Bank Umum Swasta Nasional (BUSN) Devisa. The sample of this study is 30 BUSN Devisa which listed in Bank Indonesia (BI) on 2009-2011. These results indicate that the CAR have positive and insignificant effect on return on assets. NPL have a negative and insignificant effect on return on assets. BOPO have negative and significant effect on return on asset, and LDR have positive and insignificant. The results show that CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR have simultaneously effect on return on assets of the BUSN Devisa.
